This school is looking for an Teaching Assistant who can also deliver lessons to KS2 students to a high standard. The successful Teaching Assistant will need to be confident in ensuring the development of the necessary students with the resources provided, helping them reach their full potential. The successful Teaching Assistant must also be able to teach on a 1:1 basis and small groups of KS2 students functional skill lessons. The Teaching Assistant will also have execellent classroom management skills and can deal with challenging behaviour.
