Seeking a Behaviour Specialist to work with children and young people in small groups on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis within a SEN (SEMH and ASD) School that caters for students aged 11-16 (KS3-5).
The children you will be working with will have a range of Behavioural and Learning Difficulties which make it hard for them to progress in a mainstream school. You will be responding to each pupils’ individual social, behavioural and emotional needs and finding the best way to communicate with the students about their educational development.
The school aims to ensure that the most effective approach is applied regarding the teaching of vulnerable young people with special needs and play a proactive role in meeting the various special educational needs of all pupils.
