Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a good knowledge of PMLD, ASD and SEMH?

Do you have experience with PECS or Makaton?

This Special School based in South London has an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. This all through Special School caters for students from the ages of 5-18, with PMLD, ASD and SEMH needs.

The school is looking to appoint a confident and knowledgeable individual, who has experience working in both groups and on a 1:1 basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with PECS or Makaton and experienced in working with students that have multiple needs.

This school is a unique provision following a therapeutic humanistic approach to education and childhood development. The school aims to ensure that vulnerable children stay within an educational setting or return from home education before returning to mainstream or specialist provision as quickly as possible.
