The main role of the HR Advisor is to support the senior
leadership team and HR Manager in the overall HR service for the school. The
role will include HR administration, training and all other aspects of HR as
required.
The HR Advisor will advisor will be required to work full
time at the large mixed secondary school in North West London. The school has
over two hundred staff and the HR Advisor will be responsible for providing
guidance and support relating to all HR related matters, including policies,
procedures and employment contracts.
The successful HR Advisor will ideally have experience in a
similar role and be competent working with school systems including SIMS and MS
Excel.
