This rapidly expanding group of SEN schools is creating a
new HR Officer role to support them with the expansion of the group. The main role
of the HR Officer is to support the senior leadership team in the overall HR
service for the schools. The role will include recruitment, HR administration,
training and all other aspects of HR as required.
This group of schools cater for
students with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties and those with SEN.
The successful HR Officer will promote Safer Recruitment and work closely with
leadership to recruit and to manage the HR administration. The successful
HR Officer will be required to work full time at the Head office and will be
responsible for managing the HR for three schools in South London and Surrey.
