We are recruiting for a Literacy Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary SEMH school in the Croydon area. This role is to support pupils to access the curriculum through dedicated support in 1:1 or small groups. 

This is SEMH school educates secondary age (11-19) students with ASD and those with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The aim is to raise the pupils standards, enabling them to become independent learners.

This is a highly rewarding role where you will help raise student attainment and see them develop. You will play a proactive role in positive behaviour management as well as interacting with the young people during extra-curricular times, encouraging them to participate in the academic and social life of the school.
