For the role as a deputy head teacher, we are seeking an
experienced and dynamic Deputy Head Teacher to join a wonderful SEN school. The
successful deputy head teacher will be responsible for supporting the Head
Teacher in the day-to-day running of the school, ensuring that all students
receive a high-quality education.
As a deputy head teacher, you will be supervising the curriculum
that’s being taught ensuring that all students are meeting their fullest
learning potential. You will also manage the performance of staff and be a
supportive role to them when needed. As a deputy head teacher, you will also contribute
to the development to the schools’ strategic plans and assist in budget costs.
