The ideal Behaviour Lead will be coordinating and supporting the students across the school particularly those with challenging behaviour. The Behaviour Lead will be helping to deliver the behaviour and wellbeing programs & ensure procedures are followed and delivered effectively. The successful Behaviour Lead will need to have experience working with challenging behaviour and supporting students with special educational need.

The successful Behaviour Lead will be working at a mixed school offering education to autistic students with varying ages starting from 4 to 22. Additionally, this school has been rated ‘Outstanding’ from Ofsted.
