We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to mentor young people within a Pupil Referral Unit in West London. The position would suit a Behaviour Mentor who has experience of mentoring young people, in order to improve their educational and emotional outcomes.

The students have a range of challenging behaviour, social and emotional difficulties and various special educational needs. Although the students all have different needs, they all have one thing in common, they are unable to work within a mainstream school. As such you will be working with these students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, providing an essential education for these students until they are able to return to a mainstream setting.

Students often display challenging behaviour and come from difficult circumstances which can make progression in a mainstream school difficult. This school strives to create a compassionate and supporting environment for its pupils where they can re-learn about themselves and their capability. This Behaviour Mentor role would suit an engaging, innovative and adaptable individual, who is able to provide a supportive and nurturing approach to education.

If this Behaviour Mentor vacancy sounds like the role for you, please apply today.
