Looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to work with KS3 and
KS4 students in a successful school. Seeking a professional who is innovative,
adaptable and has a supportive approach.
The ideal candidate will share the belief that every student
deserves the chance to become the best version of themselves and succeed
academically. A successful candidate will help provide a therapeutic approach
to learning and recognise student’s individuality in order to assist them with
their schooling needs.
Students often display challenging behaviour and come from
difficult circumstances which can make progression in a mainstream school hard.
