This truly inclusive secondary school based in Haringey seeks to appoint an
exceptional SENDCo. As a qualified and committed SENDCo this is an excellent

expectations. The role will include working alongside leadership in the
implementation of the SEND policy and ensuring practice is compliant with the
SEND code of conduct. As a SENDCo, you and your colleagues will ensure that all
members of the school community are valued for their uniqueness and are
recognised for their contributions.
The successful SENDCo will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of
children and follow school policies and the code of conduct. The main
responsibilities will include the development and operation of the SEN policy,
the coordination of the provision, maintenance of the SEND register and
analysis of pupil data.
