This truly inclusive secondary school based in Haringey
seeks to appoint an exceptional SENDCo. As a qualified and committed SENDCo

with high goals and expectations. The role will include working alongside
leadership in the implementation of the SEND policy and ensuring practice is
compliant with the SEND code of conduct.
My client school is an 11 – 18 comprehensive school that welcomes students from
all cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs. The school situated in Haringey and is
easily accessible by car or public transport. Pastoral Care in this school is
of paramount importance and the school is fully committed to helping their
students achieve their full potential and the day-to-day wellbeing, general
discipline and academic progress of the pupils.
You will be part of a community where learning is the key purpose for every

understands the journey to reaching them. As a SENDCo, you and your colleagues
will ensure that all members of the school community are valued for their uniqueness
and are recognised for their contributions.
The successful SENDCo will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of
children and follow school policies and the code of conduct. The main
responsibilities will include the development and operation of the SEN policy,
the coordination of the provision, maintenance of the SEND register and
analysis of pupil data.
