My client school are looking for an Education Welfare Officer to work with students with challenging behaviour and learning difficulties. This school based in Croydon are an SEMH school catering for students age 11-16.
The ideal candidate must have the following, a proven track record raising standards of pupil participation and engagement and a proven track record holding parents and guardians to account on pupil attendance. Also, my client school are looking for someone who has a range of experience and strategies that will ensure engagement and participation. This school place an extremely high value on training staff and rewarding them with responsibility. Candidates who are tenacious and believe in supporting students in their learning will be perfect for this SEMH School.
