The Schools Ofsted report is outstanding, therefore the expectation is very
high from all Teaching Assistants. The Ideal Teaching Assistant will have the
ability to work closely with SEN students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, in
order to focus on the individual needs of each student and help implement the school’s
mission.
The successful Teaching Assistant should have previous SEN experience and be
able to adapt to the individual needs of each student. The
position is full time from Monday to Friday during school term time only. The Teaching
Assistant position will be on a permanent contract directly with the school.
