The successful Candidate for the Learning Support Assistant role will have previous SEN experience and be able to adapt to the individual needs of each student.
This position is full time from Monday to Friday during school term time only. The Learning Support Assistant position will be on a permanent contract directly with the school, starting in September.

The aim is to ensure vulnerable young people are accessing full time education by focusing on their emotional development.

The Ideal Learning Support Assistant will have to possess the ability to work closely with SEN students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, in order to focus on the individual needs of each student and help implement the school’s mission.
