We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work within a SEN school for children between the ages of 4-19 years old. The school is based in the Richmond area with good transport links via buses and trains.
Being a Teaching Assistant for this school will require you to support all learners to achieve their full potential by providing an engaging and nurturing approach to all of its SEN students. SEN children can often display challenging behaviour and come from different circumstances which can make progression into mainstream school difficult – this is where you come in!
The ideal Teaching Assistant will be committed to providing students with engaging, innovative and an adaptive approach to education. And most importantly, making education enjoyable for both staff and students alike!
The successful Teaching Assistant may be required to work within a one-to-one capacity as well as a group environment. The role will include supporting students with their learning as well as mentoring students who may need that extra care to develop their education.
If this sounds like a role that would suit you, please apply today!
