This dynamic and expanding SEN School in the London Borough of Croydon are in
search of a Learning Support Assistant to start after the half term until the
end of the academic year. The ideal Learning Support Assistant will require
experience working with young people from the ages of 11 to 19 and with various
learning difficulties typically complex autism, sensory and communication needs
and challenging behaviour.
The Learning Support Assistant will be working in a school that’s got roughly
140 students whilst having the same number of staff to ensure everyone gets the
support that’s needed. The Learning Support Assistant will also have the
opportunity to earn a permanent contract directly with the school from
September.
