A specialist school in surrey is in search of an SEN Teaching Assistant to join
their welcoming team. This specialist SEN school is for students with communication
difficulties typically associated with Autism spectrum conditions. The school
is designed for students to overcome their barriers to learning and social
development, so they can fully re-engage with education and enjoy everything
that school life has to offer. The school believes in nurturing positive
outcomes through care and education.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant the school are seeking should have prior
experience in a similar environment so that they are able to transition
smoothly into the school and provide support in and out of the classroom. The successful
SEN Teaching Assistant will be supporting SEN students on a one-to-one basis
and in small groups and the school requires an SEN Teaching Assistant that can inspire
students to engage in lessons and motivate them to reach their academic
potential.
