A brand new SEN school has just opened in the Crawley area and are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This role is for an immediate or September start and the Successful Teaching Assistant will be expected to support SEN students on a one-to-one basis. The Ideal Teaching Assistant should have prior experience in a similar role to ensure the students are getting the best support possible.

Students at the school currently range from ages 5-18 and classrooms contain 4 – 8 students. Students are provided a balance of educational and vocational instruction while learning communication strategies, integrating speech and occupational therapy methods and engaging in community immersion via volunteer activities, service-learning projects, and community outings. This school provides a balanced curriculum to ensure that all students receive a high quality and appropriate education and move seamlessly to the next stage of their education.
