It is our goal to find highly motivated Teaching Assistant with experience working in SEN environments. In order to guarantee the students get the attention they need, the successful HLTA must work 1:1 with them. To deliver lessons at a confident level, the Teaching Assistant must have extensive experience and knowledge.

The school recently opened in September 2022 and has recently undergone an internal and external refurbishment to ensure quality teaching. The Teaching Assistant will work with students from KS2-KS4, including those with Autism Spectrum (ASD), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and Social, Emotional or Mental Health Needs (SEMH).
