An SEN school is seeking to employ a passionate Teaching Assistant who can bring an open-minded mentality to any situation. The successful Teaching Assistant must monitor and assess students work and help wherever they can. Additionally, the successful Teaching Assistant will be expected to tutor students who require more attention to their work. You will be expected to assist students with their work up to GCSE level.

The school is for students with ASD, associated SLC and SEMH, who are taught in classes of 10, the school adapts to a student’s way of learning through EHCP. The schools aim is to create independent learners and help them become self-sufficient with multiple resources at their disposal. The school employs a range of Safeguarding training and techniques are in place to help maintain a safe environment for students.
