A great opportunity has become available for an Outreach Mentor. The successful
Outreach Mentor will be expected to deliver one to one lessons to students at
their home or local Library. You will need to have good Literacy and Numeracy
skills in order to best support the students. Full training will be provided if
successful at the interview which will include a test for English to determine
the level in which you can support the students.
The successful Outreach Mentor will work on a temporary basis for 18 weeks and
then go on to the school’s contract. An induction is to be completed before
starting work for the school and weekly training is also provided which you
will be paid for. Pre-screening will also need to be completed before the
interview stage and this is done over the phone to determine your availability
and skill level.
