As a Teaching assistant, we expect you to help and
overcome any problems our students may have. Also to supervise in and out of
the classroom, develop and report any hurdles our students might face. The role
requires the utmost resilience and patience to find solutions to overcome day
to day problems.
Be part of a driven SEN school that tackles the boundary
of learning. The school tailors the learning to all students to become
accredited adults and help them become independent. Our school has students
that have learning difficulties (SEMH), and would like to invite patient and
caring educators be put to the task. The school caters for students between the
ages of 5 – 19, so a broad range of learning techniques need to be established
for the Teaching assistant position.
