A brand new SEN school has just opened in the Crawley area and are seeking a
SENDCo for an immediate start on a full time and permanent basis. The school
requires a qualified and experienced SENDCo, Ideally with NASENCo, to ensure
the smooth running of the school. If successful, you will be required to
provide training and identify training needs for staff in order to allow them
to best support students.
The successful SENDCo will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of
children and follow school policies and the code of conduct. The main
responsibilities will include the development and operation of the SEN policy,
the coordination of the provision, maintenance of the SEND register and
analysis of pupil data.
