The Head of Science position requires a knowledgeable and positive role-model
to lead the department and teach classes, to ensure the high calibre of
teaching and learning continues. This is a great opportunity to join an
oversubscribed school which truly cares about its students, community and all
members of staff. The successful Head of Science will need to be an experienced
Science Teacher who has vision and flair and wants to lead a highly successful
Science Department.
This is a high performing boys secondary school with a mixed sixth form in North

to recruit staff to help them deliver outstanding education to all students. As
the Head of Science, you will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver high
quality Science lessons for Key stages 3,4 &5 classes, as well as with
keeping up with your added responsibilities.
