We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Behaviour Mentor to join an SEN school in the South West London area. The role will include managing challenging behaviour, undertaking HLTA responsibilities and coaching students who are disengaged with their education and need extra care to develop their learning. The school provides a high standard of education and therapy to students in Key Stages 2, 3 and 4 on the autistic spectrum (ASD), with social, emotional or mental health (SEMH) needs and those with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).

As an Behaviour Mentor you will be responsible for mentoring students, supporting students in class and for delivering lessons where required. The school has a student focussed approach to education and the curriculum is tailored to the needs of each student.

The school provides a flexible approach to providing an accessible and truly inclusive education that meets the complex needs of each student. As such, the successful Behaviour Mentor will need to work effectively as part of a highly skilled and dedicated team to provide the best possible outcome for each student.
