Great opportunity for a Science Technician in a fantastic secondary school in Surrey, bordering south London. This is a very exciting time to join the school, as it is in the process of building on the strong foundations of many successful years as a prominent and reputable school in the area. The successful Science Technician will be expected to work as a member of a team, and it will be vital that you are able to make decisions and act upon them. As a Science Technician you will be working with a dedicated team of professional teachers and technicians but will also be in contact with the students. The Science Technician should be capable of working unsupervised, be well organised and a good communicator.

Some of the duties as a Science Technician will include, preparing the equipment, chemicals and other resources needed by teachers for practical lessons and to deliver it to the correct laboratory before the lesson starts and clear it as soon as is practically possible, including washing up of glassware and other apparatus.
