Education 365 seeks an engaging Behaviour Mentor to work with young people on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The vacancy would suit someone with Mentoring or Teaching Assistant experience within an education / school setting.

The students you will be supporting have a range of special educational needs, challenging behaviour and social and emotional difficulties. Although the students all have different needs, they all have one thing in common, an EHCP. As such you will be working as a Behaviour Mentor in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, providing an essential education for these students.

This Behaviour Mentor position is full time position from Monday to Friday, during school term time only and could lead to a permanent contract with the school. A full and detailed induction will be provided as well as regular training, to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.
