We are seeking a dedicated and advanced LSA to join the inclusion team and support students with learning difficulties. The successful advanced LSA should be able to assist SEND/ SEN students in and outside the classroom specific to their physical needs. The successful LSA must also be able to ensure student development, helping them achieve their full potential by being able to access the full range of activities and education that the school provides. The successful candidate must also be willing to take on extra responsibility and can manage behaviour well.
