A tremendous behaviour mentor opportunity has just become available for a September start at a brand-new site for a well-established school within the education industry. The school itself has multiple sites in across London and the Southeast and will be opening a brand-new school in central Croydon in September.

The successful behaviour mentor candidate will be expected to handle challenging behaviour from students and be well versed in thriving in dynamic and robust environments. As a behaviour mentor a significant portion of the role will require one to one mentoring and encouragement of students to be proactive in their engagement in lessons and on-site activities.
