As a SEMH teaching assistant you must be at ease dealing with intricate situations regarding day-to-day learning within a classroom environment in addition to one to a one environment.
The model SEMH teaching assistant candidate will be at ease dealing with students with SEMH difficulties, including ADHD and Autism. The successful SEMH teaching assistant must be committed to fostering authentic relationships with the pupils to assist them on their learning journey.
