This specialist school located in Redhill, Surrey are
looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join their supportive team.
As a teaching assistant you will be expected to work in small groups and one to
one for young children aged 2-6. You will be working with primary students
with Autism and additional social, emotional and mental health needs.
As a teaching assistant you will be believed to support the
welfare of pupils and respect the colleges safeguarding policies to ensure
security and comfortability around the school as well as being kind, organised
and passionate about helping all students.
This teaching assistant will also support the Class Teacher
in all areas of the day to day running of the class and encourage pupils’
cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical development and spiritual
well-being. The teaching assistant will also create a warm and supportive
relationship with pupils to make them feel safe and enable them to enjoy and
learn during their time at the college.
