A brilliant opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant position has opened
within a short stay provision working with children aged 11-16. This Learning
Support Assistant is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
This Short Stay provision in Brent is looking for a Learning
Support Assistant to help students daily with their academic, behavioural,
therapeutic, and vocational needs either within small groups or on a one-to-one
basis. Strong behaviour management is key for the ideal Learning Support
Assistant as well as being resilient and supportive to persevere difficult situations
that occur.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be expected to follow the school’s ethos
in helping young people believe in themselves and that every child deserves
success and the opportunity to be the very best version of themselves.
