We are recruiting for an engaging Drama Teacher to work with SEMH students, at
a Pupil Referral Unit based in Wandsworth. This Drama Teacher position will
include teaching students with SEMH in small groups. The students are often disengaged with their
education and need extra care to develop their learning.
This school provides an education to students with SEMH needs and caters for
students who have been referred by their mainstream schools for either being excluded
or other reasons, allowing them to continue their education outside of
mainstream education. The school aims to ensure that vulnerable children stay
within an educational setting and have an excellent team of staff that deliver
a tailored and vibrant curriculum to the young people.
The successful Drama Teacher will need to have a flexible approach to providing
an accessible and truly inclusive education that meets the complex needs of the
students. As a Drama Teacher you will play a proactive role in educating
students and in positive behaviour management.
If you are interested in applying for the Drama Teacher vacancy, please do get
in touch.
