An amazing holistic school located in the Croydon borough
are seeking a teaching assistant to support teacher educate students from the
ages 11-16. The students attending this school will have social, emotional, and
mental health difficulties, including ADHD and Autism.
The chosen Teaching Assistant will be responsible for supporting
the students within the classroom, as well as the Teacher to best implement the
school visions. The Teaching Assistant picked for this role will be working
with students one to one and a two to one basis, with students who need extra
support.
Engaging with students, delivering learning support, and
responding to situations in the classroom in an optimistic and non-disruptive
manner is essential for the successful Teaching Assistant. The school provides
an inspirational and nurturing approach to learning for SEND students and are
looking for a Teaching Assistant to implement this approach in their day-to-day
work.
