A vibrant special school, filled with ambitious ASD
students, are seeking a knowledgeable and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to
commit to a full-time role, supporting students with ASD. The student attending
this school have a high functioning ASD and range from KS2-KS4. The classes consist
of maximum 10 pupils per class with highly specialist teaching and support
staff as well as wide range of therapeutic interventions.
The chosen SEN Teaching Assistant will need to have prior
experience working with students who have autism and learning difficulties and
be able to stay calm in stressful situations. The SEN Teaching Assistant will
be responsible for looking after children’s emotional, social, and physical
welfare.
Through education, the school supports the students to
gain the skills they need for everyday life. The school’s attitude and amazing team
