A passionate SEN school based in Crawley is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teaching assistant to join their supportive team. This SEN school delivers a curriculum that is differentiated to the needs of each student, so the perfect teaching assistant will be able to follow this unique curriculum to support progression for each student.
This teaching assistant will have a positive work ethic, coupled with an understanding of the potential challenges that surround working alongside children with ASD and related SEND. This teaching assistant will also help children one to one and in small groups providing support to students as well as usual duties to support the classroom teacher.
