This passionate specialist school for SEND students aged
5-11 is looking for an eager, caring teaching assistant. The ultimate teaching assistant
will assist students in small groups and on a one-to-one basis ensuring that
every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning.
This teaching assistant will help students feel supported
building and maintaining successful relationships with students in classes no
bigger than 10 to ensure the quality of teaching and learning is acquired to everyone
to progress and succeed. Whilst treating them with respect and consideration. This
teaching assistant will also offer support for individual students inside and
outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities.
