The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have previous SEN experience and be able to adapt to the individual needs of each student. This vacancy is full time from Monday to Friday totalling 36 hours a week. The Behaviour Mentor position will be on a permanent contract directly with the school, starting straight away.

This school is dedicated to meeting the vocational, behavioural and academic needs of each student, with the mission to adapt and implement functional curricula necessary to meet the individual needs of their students. The aim is to ensure vulnerable young people are accessing full time education by focusing of their emotional development.

The successful Behaviour Mentor will have to possess the ability to work very closely with SEN students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, in order to focus on the individual needs of each student.
