The Role is for a Learning Mentor dealing with challenging behaviour who will help students in smaller class sizes or on a one-to-one basis. Becoming a Learning Mentor at this school will mean joining a role that will become a permanent full-time position from Monday to Friday. As a Learning Mentor, you'll support, motivate and guide pupils, to help them overcome barriers such as challenging behaviour, emotional issues, lack of confidence, mental ill health, persistent absence, and truancy.
