We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging SEN Teaching Assistant to join an SEN school in the South London area. The role will include supporting students with their learning, as well as coaching students who are disengaged with their education and need extra care to develop their learning. This SEN school caters for students from ages 11 - 18 but the role would suit an SEN Teaching Assistant that has prior experience working within either primary or secondary education.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with a range of severe complex and profound learning difficulties, including students with Autism and those with other SEN. The school has a student focussed approach to education and the curriculum is tailored to the needs of each student.

The school provides a flexible approach to providing an accessible and truly inclusive education that meets the complex needs of each student. As such, the successful SEN Teaching Assistant will need to work effectively as part of a highly skilled and dedicated team to provide the best possible outcome for the students.
