A full time Behaviour Mentor role that has opened up at Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in the Hounslow area. A Pupil Referral Unit is for students that have been taken out of mainstreams due to their challenging behaviour and require extra attention and support with their learning and education.

The Behaviour Mentor will have to support students with challenging behaviour, social & emotional difficulties and a wide range of special educational needs. Every student will have different needs but they all have one thing in common, they are unable to study in a mainstream school. The Behaviour Mentor helps these students with their education, working on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis whilst also working in small groups so everyone gets the attention that’s required.
