This school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with young
people and also able to support students on a 1:1 basis. This school has a
welcomed a wide range of students with Special Educational needs (SEN),
Autistic spectrum and speech & language difficulties.
The school opened up a Teaching Assistant position Monday to Friday working
school term time only and looking to fill this Teaching Assistant role
permanently and as soon as possible. This school age ranges from 5-18 usually
with 4-8 students in each class with a staff to student ratio varying from 1:1
to 2:1. This Teaching Assistant will need to have experience working in a SEN
school as the students could be a bit challenging at times.
